The inner team by F. Schulz von Thun is an enormously helpful tool in business coaching, introspection and analysis, intrapersonal and sometimes even interpersonal work. I have come to appreciate this tool in coaching sessions with individuals in team constellations or leadership positions where un-transparent circumstances or interactions present themselves. While I think it is a nice extra bonus that the origin of this tool lies in Hamburg, where I live, there are so many aspects of this tool that appeal to my work ethos and to my customers, that I would like to share some of the basics with you today.
Break up with her. Mormonism is a religion that's as manipulative as it is comforting. I'm not trying to be mean, just very clear. So we took the kids camping. She probably has not studied the real truths behind Mormonism and thinks her beliefs are the only way to become a God while living eternally with family in the life hereafter. She encourages me to develop my skills and talents, and provides an example in several of those areas. I also didn't want to push him away by overwhelming him with talks about commitment when he's already stressed. Second, in my experience mormons have been some of the kindest people I've ever had the privilege to know, and they have not lived up to the cult image you describe. Just an idea, I have no idea what would actually work for her. Of course it is impossible Anyways, I am sorry to go on and on.
